Camp Suggestions

  1. Next camp needs better time management of each talk. A better way would be to have an alarm clock timing the speaker and a warning sign to notify the speaker of the minutes he/she still had available. Poor time management usually would lead to canceling of following activities, shifting of program schedule, and extra overhead for all camp participants.
  2. Next camp needs better program organization and arrangement. Itfs important to know what each talk could best deliver to our camp audience, therefore, our audience could also provide meaningful feedback to the speakers. Itfs also important to know how each talk is bundled within each session so that they together deliver unique and complementary information to our audience rather than redundant and dry talk.
  3. Next camp needs to video all programs for later browsing and review. Itfs important to accumulate experience and resources of each camp for a better next one. For people who fail to join the camp physically could still have the chance to enjoy the camp through online videos.
