1. Cost estimation for
fellows>> Burmaa and Rahman have not replied to me. So,
what to do??

Rahman will email the estimation cost for fellow to the committee
tomorrow.

Burmaa will be follow-up by Kung via email regarding with her estimation
cost and agreed by the committee to wait until tomorrow. If no reply
received the day after tomorrow, offered fellowship for her will be
considered rejected.

- Deadline for speakers
confirmation will be on Friday July 27 2007.

Sponsorship

Rahman will email the sponsors for their presentation, but send the
email draft first to the committee for comments.

Request video presentation for the sponsors if they cannot send any
representative

Sponsors presentation will be played on the camp if its a video file or
power point presentation

Rahman’s suggestion is to prepare a summary power point slide for the
sponsors and present it before the start of the second day session.
- Kung
has sent the invoices to the sponsors.
- Camp
budget estimate is 35,xxx USD.

Expecting to receive 22,000 USD from DotAsia, JR , DreamArts and ISOC

Received 5,000 USD from ISOC on 16 May 2007

17,000 USD deficit from the budget estimation
- Shi
will try to get some sponsorship from companies in China

Accommodation

rooms were reserved for fellows

nights hotel accommodation will be shouldered by APNG
5.
Visa status of each fellow/participant
- Kung
will send email to all participants regarding with the status on their
visa application.
6.
Local fellows' tasks
- Only
one local fellow is available in Xian.
- One
more local fellow from Xi'an will be invited to join on 25th for
organizing purpose.
- Shi
suggest having 3-4 local fellows.
- Shi
and his fellowmen take responsibility where to have dinners in
restaurants.
- Shi
informed that CERNET will support one dinner for local fellow (to be
confirmed).
7.
Banner
- Kung
will follow-up Mr. Amaraweera to send a printable version of the banner
by Friday 27th July.

Banner will be printed in Xi'an or Shi's home town.

Banner quantity will be decided when printing cost will be solicited.
8.
Certificates for fellows

Secretariat will take charge of the certificates for fellows
9. DAW
registration
- 10
fellows have registered for DAW Digital Archive Workshop.

Lunch and tea break will be shouldered by APNG

Committee agreed to close DAW registration end of July.

- The
blog site will be hosted in AIT
