1. Ashraf's comments on fellowship selection
- Neglect Ashraf's comments on fellowship selection as the majority agreed.
2. APNG Banner
- Shi pointed out the name Xi'An , is printed as "Xi'AN" in the banner submitted
by Amaraweera.
- mail the vote on selecting a banner to be used in the 9th camp venue

3. AIT fellowship replacement
- Majority agrees from the suggestion of Prof. Kanchana regarding the AIT fellow replacement
and is accepted by Tommy Son.
4. Ravi's absence & Sahana tutorial & Isuru's fellowship
- It is brought up to the committee to offer Isuru a partial fellowship or he will
do the ahara tutorial in the Camp. The Ex-Committee will be informed about the issue
and make the final decision.
- Majority agrees as Isuru will be the replacement of Ravi's fellowship and he Camp
Chair will forward the decision to Tommy-son for approval.
5. DotAsia (Ching Chiao's) proposal
- Summith says the idea of setting up a blog is possible & ideal to execute through
APNG. But there is a question about setting up the Blog platform.
- Proposed DotAsia to provide the platform.
- No one yet volunteered to take the responsibility to manage the blog.
6. Speakers
- 5 Keynotes (40 + 15 min), 2 guest speaker (10 min), Sponsor Presentation
- Shi will ask the invited speakers for a deadline of their decision or give them
a deadline
7. Sponsor benefits
- Dinah has not updated for the sponsorship yet
- Need to send a proposal to the committee for comments
8. Sharing papers with APAN
- Sagarika will be reviewing and reevaluating 4 paper and other late submitted papers
and pass to APAN the good ones to be published together with APAN papers.
- The selected papers will be announced to committee and then pass to APAN
9. Logistic support from Chinese students
- Shi says that there are around 5-7 local fellows available, one in Xi'an.
- Amaraweera ask if there is English speaking local university or high school student
that can volunteer as translators for the guests.
- Sumith suggests asking Chinese fellows to be as guides to foreign fellows/participants.

11. APNG promotion in non/less active countries
- Joan has received response from the countries Taiwan, Mongolia and Tibet in promoting
APNG. Contact person from Japan is Hikita San and company, Taiwan is Ching Chiao
and some from TWING and Korea is 8con.
- Joan promoted APNG to countries, Pakistan, China, Korea, Japan, Cambodia, Malaysia,
Laos, Vietnam, India, Taiwan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Mongolia, Myanmar, Thailand,
Nepal
