Minutes

1. Participants:

Xiaohui, Kashif, Aadit and Kung (Secretariat)  

2.  Sponsorships: 

• We need to be more active.
• Need to have advice from Tommy-son.
• We should follow-up potential sponsors.
• Let’s use promotional video in marketing APNG for sponsorships.
• Let’s give the highest priority for this in this month.

3. Fellowships Applications & Evaluation:  

• Evaluating local & international applications separately.
• Ranking applicants (by giving marks) by each committee member.
• No of possible fellowship will be depending on the sponsorship.

4. Video Competition: 

• Let’s use it to gain sponsorship.
• Let’s give it to Tommy-son to use it in the promotions at APAN.
• Let’s give a fellowship to the candidate who sent the video.

5. Place to visit: 

• Those were really good places suggested by Xiaohui.
• We will discuss about this potential visits later.
