Agenda:

·         Finalize the camp/fellowship report related issues.

·         Finalize budget for 9th Camp.

·         Finalize sending thanking letters to sponsors and speakers.

·         Any other issues.

·         Thanking to the committee members.

Finalize the camp/fellowship report related issues.

·         Fellows who haven’t submitted their camp report is given until 13th October to submit their report.

·         2 fellows (Jaya Kumar and 1 Chinese) from the camp will claim their reimbursement from ISON, as ISON will sponsor 2 fellows who’s topic is related to open source.

Finalize budget for 9th Camp.

·         A deficit of (USD521.62) from current total accounted expenses for 9th APNG Camp.

·         USD4470 receivables from DreamArts, CERNET and IOSN still need to be collected from the sponsors.

·         Informed Tommy-son regarding the deficit.

·         Sumith suggest covering the deficit from APNIC-sec budget but still need to be confirmed.

Finalize sending thanking letters to sponsors and speakers.

·         Send to the committee the draft letter for speakers for further comments and suggestions.

Any other issues

Thanking to the committee members.

·         The 9th APNG Committee acknowledges and thanking all the committee members, participants and sponsors for supporting the 9th Camp Xi'an China a success.
